1. Instrumentalism, Fundamentalism and Symbolism
   (one section)
   
   
2. The Need and Significance of Symbols
   with 2. Symbols and the mental or spiritual
   
   
3. Ways of Classifying Symbols
   with 2. On the basis of acceptability
