The second division of the sixth chapter of the Book of Symbols comprises the following two sections:

1. Organizations and members

   The last paragraph of this section (S6217) refers to the different languages and speech communities on this planet. In connection with this there is a bilingual recording of this paragraph in This Language and in Deze Taal. The translated text is as follows:

   Aangezien iedere taalgemeenschap het recht heeft op 'n soevereine wereldbeschouwelijke organizatie, mogen ook de sprekers van Deze Taal hun eigen anastomose hebben. Indien zij 'n dergelijke organizatie inderdaad oprichten, zal de naam daarvan zijn: de Anastomose van (de Sprekers / Aanhangers van) Deze Taal. En het zal er een zijn onder de anastomoses van de sprekers van alle andere talen.
